New Delhi: In a notable development for the cooperative sector, four senior officers from Rajasthan’s cooperative institutions have been shortlisted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) interview through the Non-SCS selection route.
Officers Shortlisted from Rajasthan
According to official communication from the Department of Personnel, Government of Rajasthan, the state government forwarded the names of the officers to UPSC for consideration by the Selection Committee for the Select List of 2024.
The shortlisted officers from the cooperative sector are –
- Balvinder Singh – Managing Director, Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Kota
- Kartikeya Misra – Technical Assistant to the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Rajasthan
- Murar Singh Jadawat – Managing Director, Cooperative Press, Jaipur
- Ranjeet Singh Chundawat – Director, Rajasthan Institute of Co-operative Education and Management (RICEM), Jaipur

UPSC Selection Process
The UPSC Selection Committee Meeting and interviews are scheduled for 22 and 23 December 2025 at the UPSC headquarters, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi.
The officers have been advised to report at the designated time and venue and prepare according to the indicative syllabus prescribed by the Commission.
