In a series of key administrative reshuffles, the Rajasthan state government has appointed two senior IAS officers to handle additional charges in crucial departments.
Samit Sharma, an IAS officer of the 2004 batch, currently serving as the Secretary of the Animal Husbandry, Fisheries & Gopalan Department in Jaipur, has been entrusted with the additional responsibility of Managing Director of the Rajasthan Skill and Livelihood Development Corporation (R.S.L.D.C.) in Jaipur.
Meanwhile, Pushpa Satyani, an IAS officer of the 2013 batch and the present Commissioner of E.G.S. in Jaipur, has been given the additional charge of Commissioner for Skill, Employment, and Entrepreneurship, Rajasthan.
These appointments come at a time when Rajasthan is focusing on strengthening its skill development initiatives and improving employment opportunities for the youth, signaling the state’s commitment to enhancing its workforce and economic development.
