IAS officer Rajeev Ranjan have been given charge of Jind District by the state government. He is an IAS officer of 1999 batch and Haryana cadre. He is currently serving as the Principal Secretary, Labour Department, Haryana.
He has been made in-charge as part of government’ practice of assigning officer with responsibilities related to infra, e-governance projects and implementation of important initiative in the district. The officer in-charge preside over the District Public Grievances Committee if the appointed chairperson is absent. As in-charge they have the power to address matters related to public grievances.
