Ramkumar Natarajan has been appointed as CVO of Madras Fertilizers Ltd. (MFL), Chennai under the Department of Fertilizers. Mr. Natarajan is an IRS officer of 2009 batch. His tenure in MFL will be for a period of three years. An order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on Wednesday confirmed his appointment.
