New Delhi: In a commendable recognition of its impactful social responsibility initiatives, the Indian Red Cross Society has felicitated REC Foundation, the CSR arm of REC Limited, with the prestigious ‘CSR Award of Appreciation’.
The award was presented by Mr Gulab Chand Kataria, Hon’ble Governor of Punjab, to Mr Pradeep Fellows, Executive Director (CSR), REC Limited, during a formal ceremony acknowledging the Foundation’s outstanding contribution to healthcare accessibility and community welfare.

The recognition celebrates REC Foundation’s nationwide healthcare outreach, particularly through its Mobile Medical Units (MMUs) that deliver essential medical services to underserved and remote regions. These MMUs have played a critical role in extending preventive, diagnostic, and primary healthcare to communities lacking access to institutional medical facilities.
