NBCC (India) Ltd, a state-owned construction and project management company, announced its financial results for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4FY25), reporting strong year-on-year growth in both revenue and profit. Following the announcement, the company’s shares surged by 6.15%, closing at ₹123.35 on the stock exchange.

Revenue Grows 16.2% YoY
NBCC reported revenue from operations of ₹4,642.5 crore for Q4FY25, a significant 16.2% increase compared to ₹3,996.3 crore in the same period last year. Total income for the quarter stood at ₹4,700 crore.
Net Profit Rises by 22.5%
The company’s net profit for the quarter reached ₹182.6 crore, up 22.5% from ₹141.49 crore in Q4FY24. Total expenses for the quarter were ₹4,355.4 crore, reflecting an increase in project activity and operational scale.
EBITDA Sees 19% Growth Despite Margin Dip
NBCC posted an EBITDA of approximately ₹290 crore for the quarter, registering a growth of around 19% compared to ₹243.2 crore in Q4FY24. However, EBITDA margins slightly declined to 6.25% from 6.09% in the same period last year.
Final Dividend Proposed
In a filing dated May 21, NBCC announced that its Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.14 per equity share (14% on face value of ₹1) for FY2024-25. The dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and, if approved, will be paid within 30 days of declaration.
Board Meeting Held on May 29
The Board met on May 29 to approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and the financial year ending March 2025. Dividend recommendations were also part of the agenda.
Trading Window Closure in Line with SEBI Norms
As per SEBI’s insider trading regulations, the trading window for dealing in the company’s securities was closed for designated persons from April 1 and will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of the Q4 and FY25 results.

The continued growth in revenue and profitability reflects NBCC’s strong project execution capabilities and growing order book. With a consistent dividend payout and expanding topline, the company remains a significant player in India’s infrastructure and real estate sector.
