Former IAS officer Madhukar Gupta on Saturday appointed as the Rajasthan State Election Commissioner. Governor Kalraj Mishra issued the appointment order. Mr. Gupta will succeed P S Mehra who completed his tenure has state election commissioner.
He has been appointed for the term of 5 years or till the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.
