Rail infrastructure major RITES Ltd has announced that it has secured a work order worth Rs 28 crore from Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL).
According to the company’s filing, RITES has been entrusted with Detailed Engineering and Project Management Consultancy services for the rail connectivity project linked to the proposed Phase-II SILO at the Lakhanpur Area of MCL. The project is expected to be completed within a period of 24 months.
Despite the positive development, shares of RITES Ltd were trading lower by 3.96 percent at Rs 229.80.
