Rs 858 Crore Industrial Boost: 18 Projects to Begin, 3,000 Jobs Expected

The Conclave will witness the inauguration and Bhoomi Pujan of 18 new industrial units, worth a total of Rs 858.57 crore. Spread across Ratlam and surrounding areas, these units are expected to generate employment for approximately 3,000 youth, significantly enhancing the region’s industrial landscape.

Land Allotment and Intent Letters for 27 Upcoming Units

As part of the efforts to promote fresh investments in the Ratlam-Malwa belt, land allotments and Letters of Intent will be distributed to 27 industrial projects. These developments aim to establish a favorable investment climate across the region, encouraging both local entrepreneurship and national-level participation.

Loan Distribution Worth Rs 2,419 Crore Under Key Schemes

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will also facilitate loan distributions amounting to over Rs 2,419 crore under several flagship schemes, including:

  • Pradhan Mantri Swanidhi Yojana
  • Mukhyamantri Udyam Kranti Yojana
  • Stand-Up India
  • Other state-run self-employment and entrepreneurship initiatives
  • These efforts are aimed at boosting MSMEs and startups, particularly in semi-urban and rural areas.

Over 2 Lakh Citizens to Receive Benefits of Government Schemes

More than 2 lakh beneficiaries will be covered under various government initiatives during the Conclave. Schemes include:

  • Self-employment support
  • Women and child development programs
  • Social security and pension schemes
  • Farmer assistance and training initiatives

Strengthening Rural Economy: 5 Village Industries to Be Launched

As part of efforts to bridge the rural-industrial divide, Bhoomi Pujan will be performed for 5 new Village Industries units under the State Cluster Development Scheme of the Khadi and Village Industries Department. These units will integrate local skills, traditional crafts, and regional resources into a structured industrial model, further enhancing rural livelihoods and employment.

Rs 2.96 Crore DBT Transfer: Reinforcing Transparent Governance

A Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) of Rs 2.96 crore will be executed during the program, directly depositing funds into the accounts of selected beneficiaries. This underlines the government’s focus on transparency, speed, and efficiency in welfare delivery.

MoUs with Walmart, ONDC, NSDC to Drive Global Skill Standards

The event will also see the signing of strategic MoUs with leading national and global organizations including:

  • Walmart
  • ONDC (Open Network for Digital Commerce)
  • NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation)

These partnerships aim to build a global-ready workforce in Madhya Pradesh, providing training aligned with international standards and opening new entrepreneurship and employment avenues for youth.

Virtual Participation from Four Key Districts

In a move to decentralize industrial progress, the RISE-2025 Conclave will be virtually linked with Rewa, Sagar, Alirajpur, and Pithampur. This ensures statewide engagement and creates a unified development approach across urban and rural belts.

Inauguration of DTIC Offices in Niwari, Agar-Malwa, Raisen

Chief Minister Yadav will also inaugurate District Trade and Industry Center (DTIC) offices in three districts—Niwari, Agar-Malwa, and Raisen—constructed at a total cost of Rs 4.22 crore. These offices will serve as administrative and facilitative hubs for industrial activities at the district level.
