New Delhi: In a significant step towards strengthening safety culture across oil and gas operations, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) in collaboration with the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC) hosted the 10th Drilling Operations Incident Review Committee (DOIRC) meeting. The high-impact event brought together 135 experts in person and over 200 participants virtually, creating a platform for collaborative learning and knowledge sharing on real-life drilling incidents.
