New Delhi: The Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), one of India’s leading Maharatna CPSEs, has signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The Art of Living, through its outreach arm Vyakti Vikas Kendra India (VVKI), to introduce structured programmes focusing on emotional resilience, mindfulness, empowerment, and holistic growth for its employees.
The MoU was signed at the Art of Living International Centre in Bengaluru by Sanjay Dhar, Officiating ED (HR–L&D), MTI, SAIL, and Br. Pragyachaitanya, Chairperson, VVKI, in the presence of K.K. Singh, Director (Personnel), SAIL. The occasion was blessed by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, who highlighted the importance of fostering belongingness and harmony in the workplace as the foundation of collective growth.
