New Delhi: The Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE India) successfully organized the DAKSH Dikshant Samaroh, marking the convocation ceremony of the inaugural batch of its flagship senior leadership development programme in collaboration with the Capacity Building Commission.
The event also coincided with the beginning of month-long Public Sector Day celebrations, featuring the launch of a commemorative film and the latest edition of SCOPE’s journal Kaleidoscope.

The ceremony witnessed participation from several prominent leaders, including:

First DAKSH Cohort Celebrated
More than 70 participants from the inaugural cohort were awarded certificates during the convocation ceremony. Winners of the Live Action Learning Projects (LALP) were also felicitated for their outstanding performance.
The programme reflects SCOPE’s focus on building future-ready leadership across India’s public sector ecosystem.

DAKSH, which stands for Development of Aspiration, Knowledge, Succession & Harmony, is a 12-month immersive leadership journey designed for senior public sector professionals.
