New Delhi: Sarvapriya Mayank, an officer of the Indian Railway Protection Force Service (IRPFS), has been promoted and posted as Additional Director General (Addl. DG) of the Railway Protection Force (RPF) at the Railway Board. Prior to this, he was serving as Inspector General (Headquarters), Railway Board. Mayank’s promotion highlights his valuable contributions to railway security and law enforcement within the country’s extensive rail network.
IPS Priti Chandra Appointed DIG, Jaipur
Dr. Priti Chandra, an IPS officer of the Rajasthan 2008 batch, currently Deputy Inspector General of Police, Training, Jaipur, has been transferred and appointed as Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of the Armed Battalion-I, Jaipur. Dr. Chandra’s appointment is expected to bolster the operational effectiveness and discipline of the armed police forces in the region.
