Sultanpur Police Chief Transfers 25 Inspectors and Sub-Inspectors in Major Reshuffle

Superintendent of Police (SP) Kunwar Anupam Singh has initiated a significant reshuffle within the Sultanpur police department, transferring 25 inspectors and sub-inspectors. The changes affect the in-charges of several police stations, including the Crime Branch, Women’s Police Station, Haliapur, and Goshainganj. Tarun Patel, who was stationed at the police lines, has been posted to Haliapur police station. This large-scale transfer aims to improve crime control and law and order in the district.

SP Kunwar Anupam Singh executed a “transfer express,” altering the jurisdictions of 25 police officials. Crime Branch in-charge Hansmati has been moved to the Women’s Police Station, while Inspector Pradeep Kumar Singh, previously at Haliapur, will now head the Crime Branch.

Other key transfers include Tarun Patel (from police lines) to Haliapur, Nisha Shukla (from Women’s Police Station) to the Crime Branch, and Senior Sub-Inspector Anju Mishra (Kotwali Nagar) as the new Station Officer (SO) of Dhaurpur. The outgoing SO of Dhaurpur, Gyan Chandra Shukla, has been relieved of his duties to move out of the district.

Ram Ashish Upadhyay (formerly Dhanpatganj) is now the SO of Goshainganj; Praveen Kumar Yadav (from Motigarpur) is the SO of Dhanpatganj, Shyam Sundar (from Akhandnagar) is the SO of Kadipur Kotwali, Ashok Kumar Singh (formerly Kadipur Kotwali) is the SO of Chanda; and Ravindra Singh (formerly Chanda) is the SO of Kurebhar.

Further changes include Shardendu Dwivedi (from Kurebhar) as the SO of Karaundikala, Upendra Pratap Singh (formerly Karaundikala) as the SO of Akhandnagar, Naradmuni Singh (formerly in-charge of Kotwali Nagar) as the SO of Baldirai, and Dheeraj Kumar (formerly Baldirai) as the new Station House Officer (SHO) of Kotwali Nagar. Dharmveer (formerly SHO Shivgarh) has been posted as SO Bandhua Kala, Akhilesh Singh (formerly Goshainganj) as SO Lambhua, and Akhanddev Mishra (formerly Lambhua) as the in-charge of Kotwali Dehat. Aniruddh Kumar Singh (formerly Jaisinghpur) is now the SO of Dostpur, Amit Kumar Mishra (Crime Branch Inspector, Kotwali Nagar) is the in-charge of Kudwar, Satyendra Kumar Singh (formerly Kotwali Dehat) is the SO of Jaisinghpur, Vijay Singh (formerly Bandhua Kala) is the SO of Motigarpur, and Pandit Tripathi (formerly Dostpur) is the new SHO of Shivgarh.

Finally, Chandrabhan Verma (formerly Kudwar) has been appointed as the in-charge of the Anti-Human Trafficking Unit (AHTU) police station, and Devendra Singh (formerly Cyber Police Station) has been assigned as the in-charge of the Cyber Police Station.
