Ludhiana: After successful investment roadshows in Bengaluru and Surat, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav on Monday led the third leg of the state’s industrial outreach campaign with a high-impact roadshow in Ludhiana, Punjab. The event, held under the theme “Interactive Session on Investment Opportunities in Madhya Pradesh,” brought together top industrialists, business groups, and government officials to explore collaboration in key sectors like textiles, food processing, manufacturing, and information technology.
Describing Ludhiana as one of the most prominent industrial hubs in India, CM Yadav said the state is keen to deepen partnerships with Punjab’s business community. “Our aim is to provide employment to the youth, ensure fair crop prices for farmers, and accelerate industrial development,” he said in a media interaction during the roadshow.
Industry-Focused Sessions and Visits
Throughout the day, CM Yadav visited major industrial establishments, including Vardhman Textiles and Deepak Fasteners, to gain firsthand insights into their production models, innovation systems, and investment outlook. These visits facilitated discussions on technical collaboration and investment avenues for these groups in Madhya Pradesh.
He also held one-on-one meetings with leading industrialists and office-bearers of business associations, where discussions ranged from potential MoUs and investment proposals to policy support, incentives, and long-term cooperation.
