Lucknow: The Yogi Adityanath-led Uttar Pradesh government has announced a series of transfers and additional charge assignments among senior administrative officers. The changes were notified late Friday night by the Appointment Department, affecting two IAS officers and eight PCS officers.
Key IAS Officer Changes
Amit Kumar Ghosh, Principal Secretary, Secretariat Administration, has been given the additional responsibility of the Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development, and Fisheries Department. These departments were previously overseen by Ravindra Nayak, who is set to retire on May 31.
Sanyukta Samaddar, Principal Secretary of Political Pension, Civil Defence, Minority Welfare, and Muslim Waqf Department, has been entrusted with the additional charge of Principal Secretary, Administrative Reforms and Public Service Management Department, as well as Director, Administrative Reforms, alongside her existing duties.
PCS Officer Transfers
Balram Singh, Additional District Magistrate (Administration), Meerut, has been appointed as Chief Development Officer (CDO), Siddharth Nagar.
Satya Prakash Singh, Second CRO Mirzapur, has been transferred as Additional District Magistrate (Administration), Meerut.
Devendra Pratap Singh, Second ADM Namami Gange and Rural Water Supply, Mirzapur, has been assigned as CRO Mirzapur.
Vijayeta, Deputy Director, Local Bodies, Lucknow, has been transferred as ADM Namami Gange and Rural Water Supply, Mirzapur.
Ajay Kumar Tripathi, Assistant Director, Local Bodies Directorate, Lucknow, promoted as Deputy Director, Local Bodies Directorate, Lucknow.
Arvind Kumar Singh, ADM Finance and Revenue, Bijnor, transferred as ADM Finance and Revenue, Deoria.
Vanya Singh, ADM Judicial, Bijnor, has been assigned as ADM Finance and Revenue, Bijnor.
Anshika Dixit, SDM Bijnor, has been promoted to ADM (Judicial), Bijnor.
