The ongoing phase of administrative transfers in Uttar Pradesh has brought key appointments at the secretary level in two major departments. The Yogi Adityanath-led state government has once again transferred and posted three IAS officers.
This recent reshuffle includes notable new postings in the Public Works Department (PWD) and the Home Department, with the aim of improving departmental efficiency and governance.
2005 batch IAS officer Srinivas Gurrala has been appointed as the Secretary of the Public Works Department, while IAS Rajesh Meena has been named as the Home Secretary.
Additionally, 2003 batch IAS officer Mayur Maheshwari has been given the additional charge of overseeing the Small Industries Corporation.
