Bhubaneswar: In a major push to promote inclusive access to civil services preparation, the Odisha Higher Education Department has announced the launch of the UPSC Civil Services Residential Coaching Scheme for the 2025–26 session. The scheme will provide free residential coaching to 200 deserving aspirants from across the state, offering a significant boost to students with talent but limited financial resources.
This state-sponsored programme reflects the government’s sustained efforts to promote inclusive governance by nurturing the next generation of administrators, particularly from underprivileged and rural backgrounds.

- 11 months of intensive coaching, covering both Prelims and Mains (including General Studies and Optional Subjects).
- A fully residential programme with free food and accommodation throughout the duration.
- Coaching will be strictly aligned with the UPSC Civil Services Examination syllabus to ensure targeted preparation.
