Following an order issued by the Home Department of the government of Uttarakhand on March 12th, retired IPS officers Mr. Pushpak Jyoti (2001 batch), Mr. Ajay Joshi (2005 batch), and senior advocate Mr. Mohan Chand Tiwari were appointed members of the State Police Complaints Authority.
New members were also nominated into the District Police Complaints Authority of Haldwani and Dehradun. Mr. Suman Singh Valdiya (redt. Additional Secretary) and Ms. Kusum Rani Naithani (retd. Principal) have been appointed members of the Dehradun Police Complaints Authority while Mr. Nidesh Chand Tiwari (retd. DSP) became member of the Haldwani Police Complaint Authority.
