3rd line 0 is second place ( but wrong place) which means – 0 should be on first place.

Start from last, 7&8 rejected due to 2nd last hint. In 206, 0 must be there resulting out of last two hint. Now, either 2 or 6 has to be eliminated. Deducing from first two hint, 6 can't be an answer so 2 makes it. Either of 4 or 1 can makes it bt for 1, it violates hint 2.
