IAS officer Supriya Sahu who is the Additional Chief Secretary Environment Climate Change and Forests, Government of Tamil Nadu shared a video of kindness where a traffic constable Prem Singh from Jaipur can be seen rescuing a pigeon who got stuck in the kite string.
