Noida Authority CEO Imposes Unique Punishment on Staff for Delayed Service to Elderly Visitor

The incident unfolded during a routine monitoring session where Dr. Lokesh was reviewing the CCTV footage of the office. While monitoring, he noticed an elderly man waiting for an extended period at one of the service counters without any assistance. Concerned about the delay, Dr. Lokesh immediately instructed the on-duty staff to either resolve the issue for the elderly man or inform him if the service could not be provided. However, after 20 minutes, the man was still waiting, prompting the CEO to take immediate action.

In response to the delay, Dr. Lokesh personally visited the residential plot department to investigate the matter and ensure the issue was resolved. He then imposed an unusual disciplinary measure on 16 employees, including both male and female staff members. The staff were asked to stand at their desks for 20 minutes as a form of punishment for the delay in providing service. This action was part of Dr. Lokesh’s broader efforts to instill a sense of accountability and efficiency in the organization.

The incident was captured on video, which quickly went viral on social media. In the video, the employees are seen standing at their desks while continuing their work.
