Indian Forest Service officer Susanta Nanda has shared an adorable video of a mother elephant and her calf waiting by the roadside and then stopping a truck that is carrying sugarcane. The elephants moved and allowed the vehicle to pass only after the men on it threw some canes to the ground for the jumbo mother-child duo to feed on.

The officer posted this video along with the words, “Jungle Tax”, on social media platform X.

The video has gone viral and has garnered 28.2 K views till now, 154 reposts, and 986 likes.
