On January 7, IAS officer Gazal Bharadwaj of 2016 batch (UP Cadre) posted a half completed picture of ‘We Love Saharanpur’ on her social media, to which a user wrote “ye adhura love pura karane ki kripa kare”.
Ms. Bharadwaj later on February 16, shared the same picture and a fully completed 41 seconds video of we love Saharanpur along with beautiful wall paintings.
Her tweet reads, “Inspiration can be funny. Inspiration can be in the darkest of times. Inspiration is always around. आपका अधूरा लव पूरा कर दिया गया है । #saharanpurijunta#nagarnigamsrediaries#adhuralove.”
