It takes all kinds to make the world. While some people are disdainful of animals around them, there are others who would risk their life to save any animal.
A Gir frontline staff member threw caution to the winds to rescue a leopard that had strayed into a village and gone inside a big drain. Left with no options, the leopard had to be tranquilised with a dart from a distance, and then, a forest personnel crawled inside the drain to bring the leopard out. A fine example of true heroism!
Indian Forest Service officer Dr. Anshuman Sharma posted the rescue video on X, praising the selflessness of the Gir staff.
