In an another major bureaucratic reshuffle in Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath led government has transferred and posted 11 IPS officers. These are the officers of 2018, 2019 and 2020 who were undergoing training in Hyderabad since July 17.
Additional Director General of Police Personnel Raja Srivastava, while issuing the order on Thursday, ordered all of them to take charge after 7 days leave.
Earlier on September 8, 11 IPS officers were given new postings too. All these officers were attached or waiting at the DGP headquarters. Shafiq Ahmed, who was removed from PTC Sitapur and sent to waiting, was sent to the post of SP in Directorate of Training. Rajesh Kumar Srivastava, who was earlier removed from Kannauj and was in waiting, named as the Superintendent of Police at the Security Headquarters.
IPS Amit Kumawat ACP Lucknow, Chirag Jain ASP Prayagraj, Manush Pareek-ASP Gorakhpur, Patil Nimish Dashrath-ASP Ghaziabad, Puneet Dwivedi-ASP Aligarh, Shakti Mohan Awasthi-ASP Azamgarh, Shiva Singh- ACP Varanasi, Shruti Srivastava-ACP Kanpur, Anukreethy Sharma-ASP Bulandshahr, Ayush Vikram Singh-ASP Muzaffarnagar and Chandrakant Meena-ASP have been posted in Bareilly.
