IFoS Officer Monalisa Dash Takes Charge as Joint Secretary, MoDNER

Her tenure is of five years as she succeeds Shri Harpreet Singh, IPoS (1992)

Ms. Monalisa Dash is an officer of the Indian Forest Service (IFoS) officer from the 2003 batch of the Sikkim cadre. She has been appointed to the position of Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (MoDNER).

She will serve an overall tenure of five years from the date of assumption of charge, concluding on October 11, 2026.

Ms. Dash is replacing Shri Harpreet Singh, an officer from the 1992 batch of the Indian Postal Service, in this capacity.
