In a recent administrative order issued by the Government of Jammu and Kashmir, 1996 batch IAS officer Chandraker Bharti of the AGMUT cadre, who is the Principal Secretary to the Government, Home Department, has been assigned the additional charge of Administrative Secretary of the Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation, and Reconstruction Department.
This decision is made in the interest of ensuring efficient administration and management within the department.
