A senior IRS officer of the 1989 batch, currently posted as a member of the CBDT, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, he’s not your usual man in uniform. His debut novel, The Sound of Water, was longlisted for the Man Asian Literary Prize and praised in international reviews. One of his stories even knocked on Hollywood’s door.
