The Andhra Pradesh government has appointed IAS officer P Bala Kiran as Director of Census Operation (DCO)/Director of Citizen Registration (DCR) of Andhra Pradesh.
P Bala Kiran is a 2008-batch IAS officer and will be serving at the post up to March 31, 2023.
