In a major reshuffle, the Andhra Pradesh government has transferred 16 IAS officers with immediate effect on Friday. The order in this regard was issued by Chief Secretary Adityanath Das.
D Muralidhar Reddy, IAS (2006), Collector and District Magistrate, East Godavari District was transferred and posted as Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh Medical Services and Infrastructure Development Corporation (APMSIDC).
Vijay Rama Raju V was posted as Collector and District Magistrate, YSR Kadapa district. The 2012 batch IAS is currently the Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh Medical Services and Infrastructure Development Corporation (APMSIDC).
A 2009 batch officer Chevvuri Hari Kiran has been posted as Collector and District Magistrate, East Godavari district while Vadarevu Vinay Chand (2008) has been appointed the Chief Executive Officer, Dr YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust.
Dr Mallikarjuna A, IAS, (2012), Chief Executive Officer, Dr YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust has been transferred as Collector and District Magistrate, Visakhapatnam district.
Dr M Hari Jawaharlal has been posted as Commissioner, Resettlement and Rehabilitation (R and R). the 2005 batch officer is currently the Collector and District Magistrate, Vizianagaram.
A Surya Kumari (2008), who is Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State Civil Supplies Corporation is posted as Collector and District Magistrate, Vizianagaram district.
G Veerapandian, IAS ( 2009 ), Collector and District Magistrate, Kurnool district is transferred and posted as VC and MD, A.P. State Civil Supplies Corporation.
P Koteswara Rao is posted as Collector and District Magistrate, Kurnool district. K VenkataRamanareddy (2013) was transferred and posted as Metropolitan Commissioner, Visakhapatnam Metropolitan Region Development Authority (VMRDA).
Sumit Kumar, IAS (2014), Joint Collector (RB and R), Srikakulam district was transferred and posted as Joint Collector (RB and R), West Godavari district while P Arjun Rao was transferred and posted as Director, Handlooms and Textiles.
Dr G Vani Mohan, IAS (1996), Principal Secretary to Government (Endowments) was placed in a full additional charge of the post of Commissioner, Endowments.
Meanwhile, Swapnil Dinakar Pundkar, IAS (2016), Commissioner, Kakinada Municipal Corporation is posted as Joint Collector (RB and R), Chittoor.
M Prabhakar Reddy, IAS ( 2013 )is posted as VC and MD, Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh.
