The state government of Bihar has issued transfer and postings order for three IAS officers. Dharmendra Singh of 2006 batch has been appointed as the Secretary, Finance with additional charges of Managing Director, Bihar Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation (BUIDCO) and MD, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna. Whereas A 2008 batch IAS officer Mr. Jiut Singh has been made the Secretary, Bihar Public Service Commission. IAS officer Mukesh Kumar Lal of 2006 batch will take charge as Special Secretary, Finance.
