IAS Khusboo transferred to Andhra cadre

IAS officer Khushboo Gupta has been given inter Cadre transfer from Bihar cadre to Telangana cadre on grounds of marriage. Ms. Gupta is an IAS of Bihar cadre who has wedded to Shri Deepak Tewari IAS of Telangana cadre. Both are 2019 batch officer.
