IAS officer Mr. Sivakumar Naidu Killu IAS has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Heavy Industries, Delhi. The appointed of Mr. Killu of 2011 batch & Telanagana cadre came under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years from the date of taking over charge of the post.
