The Government of Jammu and Kashmir reshuffled four IAS officers in a minor administrative shuffling.

In an official statement released on Friday, the Government of Jammu and Kashmir ordered the transfer and posting of four IAS officers. The statement said “Sanction is hereby accorded to the promotion of M. Raju, IAS (JK: 2005) to the Super Time Scale of IAS (Level 14 of pay matrix) with effect from January 1, 2021. The officer shall undergo Mid Career Phase-IV training as and when deputed by the Government of India and he has to pass the departmental examination within one year. Consequent upon this, the officer shall be designated as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government”.
Furthermore, the statement also stated that “Sanction is accorded to promotion of Simrandeep Singh, IAS (JK:2008) to the Selection Grade of IAS \ (Level 13 of pay matrix) with effect from January 1, 2021. Consequent upon the above, the officer shall be designated as Secretary to the Government”.
Besides, Bilal Mohi-ud-din, IAS (JK:2017), and Santosh Sukhadeve, IAS (JK:2017) were also promoted to the Senior Time Scale of IAS (Level 11 of pay matrix) with effect from January 1, 2021.
