7 IAS Officers Reshuffled in Kerala

Govt. of Kerala issues orders for transfer, posting and Additional charges for 7 IAS officers.

The officers who have been transferred and received new postings are:

  1. Shri Rajesh Kumar Singh IAS (Kerala 1989) presently posted as Additional Chief Secretary – Finance Department, given additional charges of Taxes (Excise) and Printing & Stationery Departments, in addition to the existing additional charges.
  2. Dr. V Venu IAS (Kerala 1990) presently posted as Additional Chief Secretary – Home & Vigilance Department, given additional charge of Information & Public Relations Department, in addition to the existing additional charges.
  3. Shri K R Jyothilal IAS (Kerala 1993) presently posted as Principal Secretary – Transport Department is transferred as Principal Secretary – General Administration Department, with full additional charges of Forest & Wildlife and Power Departments.
  4. Shri Suman Billa IAS (Kerala 1996) presently posted as Principal Secretary – Industries Department, given additional charge of Industries – Cashew Department, in addition to the existing additional charge.
  5. Shri Mohammed Hanish APM IAS (Kerala 1996) presently Principal Secretary – Industries Department, given additional charge of Industries – Coir Department, in addition to the existing additional charges.
  6. Shri Biju Prabhakar IAS (Kerala 2004) pre-Secretary Transport Department given additional charge of subjects under Transport Department currently being held by Shri K R Jyothilal IAS.
  7. Shri Biju K IAS (Kerala 2006) presently Commissioner – Land Revenue Department, is promoted to Secretary Grade and transferred and posted as Secretary – Ports Department with additional charges of Sainik Welfare and Revenue (Devaswom) Departments.
