In a major bureaucratic reshuffle before assembly election, A dozen IAS officers have been transferred and posted in Uttar Pradesh, one of the largest state of country. Along with this, DMs of five districts have also been changed. This includes Mau, Azamgarh, Ballia, Shahjahanpur, Amethi.
In an another significant move, the commissioner of Ayodhya, MP Aggarwal has also been changed. Now, IAS officer Navdeep Rinwa, currently serving as managing director of Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation, will be the new commissioner of Ayodhya. Aggarwal has been appointed as the Commissioner of Devipatan Mandal.
Arun Kumar, who was the DM of Amethi, has been posted as the DM of Mau. Special Secretary Food and Logistics Rakesh Kumar Mishra has been named as the new DM of Amethi.
Rajesh Kumar, DM Azamgarh, will now be the staff officer of the Chief Secretary. Amrit Tripathi, who was the staff officer to the Chief Secretary, has been posted as the new DM of Azamgarh.
Ballia DM Aditi Singh has been made Additional Commissioner Commercial Tax. While, Indra Vikram Singh, who was the DM of Shahjahanpur, will now be the DM of Ballia. Umesh Pratap Singh, who was posted as Director Land Adhyay, Revenue Council, has been named as DM Shahjahanpur.
Apart from this, Prerna Singh, who was in-waiting, has been posted as CDO Hapur. Amit Singh Bansal, who was the DM of Mau, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Urban Development and Mission Director, Swachh Bharat Mission II.
