Major Reshuffle in Bihar, 21 IAS Officers Transferred

2017 batch IAS Officer Mr. Vishal Raj has been transferred and posted as Deputy Development Commissioner (DDC) - cum - Executive Officer of Madhubani District Council (Zila Parishad). Earlier he was posted as DDC-cum- EO of Shivhar District Council.

On Thursday, Official notification order was released by the General Administration Department of the Bihar Government. The order states that 21 IAS Officers have been transferred and posted as Deputy Development Commissioner (DDC) – cum – Executive Officer (EO) of District Councils (Zila Parishad) in the State. The same few officers have also been given the responsibility of SDO (Sub Divisional Officer). Following transfers has been announced –

  • The 2017 batch IAS Officer Mr. Vishal Raj has been transferred and posted as Deputy Development Commissioner (DDC) – cum – Executive Officer of Madhubani District Council (Zila Parishad). Earlier he was posted as DDC-cum- EO in Shivhar District Council.
  • Whereas 2017 batch IAS Officer Mr. Anil Kumar has been transferred and posted as Deputy Development Commissioner – cum – Executive Officer of West Champaram District Council. Earlier he was posted as DDC-cum- EO of Lakhisarai District Council.
  • The 2018 batch IAS Officer Mr. Ashutosh Dwivedi has been transferred and posted as DDC- cum- EO of Muzaffarpur District Council. Earlier he was posted as SDO Manihar in Katihar district Council.
  • Mr. Vaibhav Shrivastav has been transferred and posted as Deputy Development Commissioner – cum – Executive Officer of Nalanda District Council. Earlier he was posted as SDO, Aara Sadar.
  •  Mr. Vinod Duhan has been posted as DDC – cum – EO of Shivhar District Council. Earlier he was posted as SDO, Danapur, Patna District Council.
  • Mr. Abhishek Ranjan has been transferred and posted as DDC – cum – EO of Gopalganj District Council. Earlier he was posted as SDO, Madhubani Sadar.
  • Mr. Shekhar Anand who was posted as SDO, Bagaha ,West Champaran has been given the responsibility as DDC – cum – EO of Rohtas (Sasaram) District Council.
  • Whereas 2018 batch IAS officer Ms. Amrisha Bains has been transferred and posted as DDC – cum – EO of Arwal District Council. Earlier she was posted as SDO, Mohniyaan, in Kaimur District.
  • Mr. Nikhil Dhanraj Nippanikar has been given the responsibility as DDC-cum-EO of Lakhisarai District Council. He is a 2018 batch IAS officer and previously he was posted as SDO, Jahanabad.
  • Mr. Nitin Kumar Singh who was posted as SDO, Patna Sadar, now has been posted as DDC-cum-EO, Madhepura District Council.
  • IAS Officer of 2018 batch Mrs. Sahila has been transferred and posted as DDC – cum – EO of Saharsa District Council. Earlier she was posted as SDO, Narkatiaganj in West Champaran District. Whereas 2018 batch IAS officer Mrs. Pratibha Rani has been transferred and posted as DDC-cum- Executive Officer of Bhagalpur District Council. Previously she was posted as SDO, Jamui.
  • Mr. Sourabh Suman Yadav has been posted as SDO Motihari Sadar. He is a 2019 batch IAS officer and he was awaiting for his posting.
