2003 batch IAS officer of AGMUT cadre Ankur Garg has been transferred and posted as Secretary, IT with additional charge Director, UTCS and MD, GSDL. He was presently working as Commissioner, Trade & Taxes Deptt, NCT of Delhi.
He became the youngest IAS officer all over India at the age of 22. He cracked the IAS examination in his first attempt in the year 2003 and topped the UPSC examination with securing AIR 1st rank. He graduated as an Electrical Engineer from IIT Delhi.
