In a major bureaucratic reshuffle, the Haryana government transferred 9 IAS officer and 10 HCS officers. IAS officer Phoolchand Meena, who is MD of South Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited, has been appointed aa the new Commissioner of Gurugram Municipal Corporation. In addition, he has also been given the responsibility of Special Executive Officer, Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority.
IAS officer RS Dhillon, Director, Social Justice and Empowerment Department, has been given the additional charge of Secretary, Haryana State Commission for Scheduled Castes. IAS Mukesh Kumar Ahuja, who was the Commissioner of Municipal Corporation in Gurugram, has been appointed as the Chief Administrator of the Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board. Ahuja will also be the MD of Haryana Medical Services Corporation Limited.
IAS Prabhjot Singh, Special Secretary, Health Department, has been posted as Director, Employment Department. Prabhjot Singh will also be the director of the Skill Development and Industrial Training Department. IAS officer Rajnarayan Kaushik, who was the Chief Administrator of Marketing Board, has been replaced as Managing Director of Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited. Along with this, Kaushik will also be the MD of Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited.
IAS Amit Khatri, awaiting orders of posting, has been posted as MD, Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited, in place of PC Meena. Khatri will also be the director of the Archaeological and Museum Department. Yashendra Singh, Director of Skill Development and Industrial Training Department, has been replaced from here and appointed as the new Transport Commissioner of the state. He will continue to hold the additional charge of CEO of Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board.
