The 2007 batch IAS officer of Haryana cadre, Mr Ravi Prakash Gupta has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Revenue & Disaster Management Department.
He was serving as Controller/Secretary in Printing & Stationery Department.
Mr Gupta (50) has worked in various postings in Haryana including as deputy commissioner of Kaithal district. He is probably the first visually-impaired bureaucrat to become deputy commissioner in the Haryana. But he has never let blindness come in the way of his duty.
