Himachal Pradesh: 4 IAS Transferred, IAS Sandeep Kadam Appointed As the New Divisional Commissioner of Shimla

The state government has appointed Vivek Kumar as the new executive director of HRTC. At present, he was holding the post of Managing Director in Agriculture and Rural Development Bank.

Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu led Himachal government has transferred 13 officers on 4th of February. 4 IAS and 9 HAS officers have been given new responsibilities. IAS officer Sandeep Kadam has been appointed as the new Divisional Commissioner of Shimla. The government has also entrusted him with the additional charge of Director, Horticulture Department.

While IAS RK Paruthi, Director, Department of Horticulture, has been appointed as the CEO of HIMUDA. Special Secretary to Chief Minister Rajeshwar Goyal has been given the additional charge of Managing Director, Himachal Industries Development Corporation.

Harbans Singh Broskan, director of information and public relations department in the previous Jairam government, has been given the additional responsibility of special secretary, state tax and taxation. Prior to this, he also had the charge of Special Secretary, Public Works Department.

Chief Secretary Prabodh Saxena has issued transfer orders, according to which officers have been asked to join new postings with immediate effect. The government has also assigned additional charge to HAS officers.

The state government has appointed Vivek Kumar as the new executive director of HRTC. At present, he was holding the post of Managing Director in Agriculture and Rural Development Bank. Additional Director Tourism Jagan Thakur has been posted as Additional Director in Urban Development Department. Rakhi Singh, Joint Director, Urban Development Department, has been transferred to the post of Joint Secretary, Tourism and Civil Aviation Department.

SDM Solan Vivek Sharma has been transferred AC to DC Sirmaur. SDM Padhar Surjit Singh has been transferred to Joint Director Dr. YS Parmar Medical College Nahan. SDM Kaza Dr. Sanjeev Kumar, who was under transfer, has been posted as Executive Director, HIMUDA. Joint Director Dr YS Parmar Medical College Nahan Surjit Singh, who was under transfer, has been made SDM by the government.
