1988 batch IAS officer of Kerala cadre, Mr. Gyanesh Kumar has been given additional charge of the post of Secretary, Inter State Council Secretariat (ISCS). He is currently serving as secretary in Ministry of Cooperation.
According to an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) on 13 February, 2023, the competent authority has approved the assignment of additional charge of the post to Mr. Kumar from 14.02.2023 to 23.02.2023 during the period of absence on leave of Anuradha Prasad, a IDAS officer 1986 batch.
