Indian Administrative Service officer Mukesh Puri has been transferred and appointed as the Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Agriculture, Farmers welfare, and Co-operation Department, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar. He will also hold the additional charge of the post of Managing Director, Gujarat state fertilizers and Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., Vadodara.
