Major Bureaucratic Reshuffle in Chhattisgarh, Several IAS Promoted and Transferred

IAS Namrata Jain has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat Korea while Rekha Jameel has been appointed as CEO Balrampur.

The state government of Chhattisgarh has started a phase of transfers in the state. Several IAS officers have been transferred and given new posting whereas, some have been promoted to new paying scale.

According to the order issued by the General Administration Department of Chhattisgarh, IAS officers have been given the benefit of Pay Matrix Level 11. Officers of 2019 batch have been promoted under the Indian Administrative Service Pay Rules 2016 despite completion of 4 years of service on 31st December 2022 from the allotment year.

IAS Namrata Jain has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat Korea. IAS Rekha Jameel has been appointed as CEO Balrampur.

IAS officer Lalitaditya Neelam was appointed as CEO Dantewada while Vishwadeep appointed as CEO Surguja Jitendra Yadav appointed as CEO Jaspur.

While Amit Kumar has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer, Rajnandgaon. Apart from this, some IS officers have been promoted on search of Pay Scale Level 14 with effect from January 1, 2023 for longer service, although they will have to be a part of the Meet Career Training.

Apart from this, several 2007 batch IAS officer have been promoted and transferred.

Shammi Abidi has been appointed Commissioner, Tribal and Scheduled Castes Development and additional charge, Managing Director, Cooperative Finance Development Corporation and Director, Tribal Research and Training Institute.

Basabaraju S has been given the additional charge of Secretary, Home Department and Secretary, Forest Department.

Himshikhar Gupta has been appointed Secretary, Cooperative Department and Additional Charge Secretary, Commercial Taxes Department and Secretary Planning, Economic and Statistics 20 Point Programme.

Yashwant Kumar has been appointed as Commissioner Raipur Division Raipur.
