Promotion of 7 IAS officers including Palamu DC Shashi Ranjan

Highlights
7 IAS officers of the state have been promoted by the state government. They have been promoted to the pay scale Label-12 of the Junior Administrative Category of the Indian Administrative Service, which will be considered effective from the date of January 1, 2022. All the officers getting promotions from the Department of Personnel have been asked to compulsorily get the training of MCT Phase-3 to be held in the next two years.
The officers who have been transferred and posted are:
- Chief Executive Officer JSLPS- Suraj Kumar, has been promoted to the Director, of Handloom, Silk, and Handicrafts.
- Akanksha Ranjan, IAS, has been promoted as the Campaign Director of the National Rural Health Mission.
- Aditya Kumar Anand, IAS, has been made the Director of the Sports Department.
- Zishan Qamar, IAS, has been made the Registrar of Cooperation Societies.
- Mrityunjay Kumar Barnwal, IAS, has been promoted as the State Project Director of Education Project.
- IAS officer Kiran Kumari Pasi has also been promoted.
