The Punjab Government has transferred and posted four IAS officers in the state. Their name and postings are as follows:
- 2003 batch IAS officer Rajat Agarwal, who is the Secretary, Personnel and in addition Secretary, Vigilance transferred as Secretary, Personnel and in addition Secretary, Vigilance and in addition CEO, CSR Authority, Punjab.
- 2010 batch IAS officer Devinder Singh, who is the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar transferred as Member Secretary, Punjab State Scheduled Castes Commission and in addition Member Secretary, Punjab State Backward Classes Commission against the vacant posts.
- 2010 batch IAS officer Puneet Goyal, who is the Director, Local Government transferred as Controller, Printing and Stationery relieving Vimmi Bhullar, PCS of the additional charge.
- 2015 batch IAS officer Abhijeet Kaplish, who is the Additional Secretary, Local Government transferred as Services are placed at the disposal of the Department of Local Government for posting as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar in place of Devinder Singh, IAS.
