The government of West Bengal promoted senior IAS officer, Dr. Krishna Gupta of batch 1991 to the grade of Additional Chief Secretary (ACS). Before being promoted to the ACS grade, he was serving as Principal Secretary of Technical Education, Training & Skill Development.
Similarly, IAS officer Roshni Sen of batch 1993 who was currently serving as Principal Secretary of Consumer Affairs Department, has been given additional charge of the post of Principal Secretary of Environment Department.
