In a minor reshuffle, four IPS officers have been transferred and posted to the post of Superintendent of Police by the Uttar Pradesh government. The officers who have been transferred are listed down below:
- 2008 batch IPS officer Vipin Kumar Mishra who was currently serving as SP, Bahraich, has now been transferred and posted as SP, Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
- Whereas, IPS officer Arvind Chaturvedi has been appointed as SP- Vigilance, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
- 2011 batch IPS Shailesh Kumar Pandey presently SP, Gonda, has been transferred and posted as SP, Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
- Lastly, Santosh Kumar Mishra presently SSP, Bulandshahr, has been transferred and posted as SP, Gonda, Uttar Pradesh.
