IPS officer Yatindra Koyal was appointed as IGP, Provisioning, by the Odisha government following his return from a central deputation.
Similar to this, Praveen Kumar, an IPS officer from the 2002 batch who is currently the IGP for Law and Order, has been appointed as the IGP for Personnel, according to a notification from the Home Department.
According to the notification, Shefeen Ahmed K would continue to hold additional charges for IGP, HRPC, of crime branch 2.
